Calling all kids and parents! For the second year, Bunchfamily.ca is taking part in the Dare Campaign, joined by parenting blogs Parentcentral and Bad Moms Club. Bunchfamily.ca is issuing an art-based challenge: every day of January 2012, we dare you to draw! Grab a pencil and a sketchbook, or break out the whole Crayola 64-pack and a big old sheet of bristol board, whatever your materials, we just need you to draw something.
Some days we’ll ask you to draw your favourite monster or a place you’d like to visit and other days we’ll ask you to draw whatever pops into your mind.
Here’s where you come in: Join one of the teams listed below. Tell your friends and family you’re taking the Dare to Draw challenge. Ask them to sponsor you taking part in the Dare Campaign. All money raised will go to the Stephen Lewis Foundation, which in turn gives the money to grassroots organizations in Africa that provide care and support to women, orphans, grandmothers and people living with HIV and AIDS.
